Rye Town Council’s ‘Proper Officer’ and ‘Responsible Financial Officer’, Richard is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Town Hall, and overseeing the Heritage Centre. As Town Clerk he is responsible for advising, and enacting, on the resolutions made by the Council and it’s committees.
